As a WaterCare Dealer, you'll receive corporate support from our home office in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and regional support from your qualified Dealer Territorial Counselor (DTC). Our support programs are designed to motivate you and your employees and make available to you a solid professional base on which to build your business.
Our one-day Regional Seminars, held in various locations in the nation for your convenience, encompass pertinent segments of the industry. We provide training in the sales, management, and techincal areas, as well as financial training. Support is also provided for your bookkeepers and accountants in everything from bookkeeping methods to banking procedures.
Our Dealer Convention brings together WaterCare Dealers, their employees and families from across the nation. At the Convention, we recognize outstanding Dealers and employees through a COMPLETE AWARDS PROGRAM. Seminars provide managment, technical, and sales training and give you a chance to share success stories with your fellow WaterCare Dealers. The Convention provides year-long motivation, giving everyone in the WaterCare Family that competitive edge.
